Meet Your Guide

After discovering yoga as a path through anxiety and back pain, I learned firsthand how movement and breath can create space for both calm and strength. This personal journey led me to deepen my practice and understanding through extensive training: completing my 300-hour yoga teacher certification at Ahimsa Yoga Toronto, advanced 300-hour yoga teacher certification in trauma sensitive yoga at The Center for Trauma and Embodiment in Boston, and 35-hour specialization training in Yin Yoga.

Today, I bring together my yoga practice with insights from my PhD research on workplace stress, offering guidance to help you navigate physical and emotional challenges. My approach emphasizes gentleness—finding ways to move and breathe that feel right for you, especially during uncomfortable moments.

Each practice draws from my background in different yoga traditions while staying grounded in current understandings of how stress affects our bodies and minds. Whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, looking to move with more ease, or simply curious about starting a practice, I'm here to support your journey with care and understanding.
